Listening to BBC Radio 4 lifting the lid on the scandal of UK universities & international students. Head of UUK claims unis don't recruit students who can't meet standards. But unis can adjust standards. Money trumps academic standards too often in my experience.

This is shameful pandering to migraphobia.
I think it is the case that all face similar incentives, and a key point I take from the File on 4 programme is that unis at all levels of the hierarchy are engaging in rather troubling practice.
