Peng Xiu is one of my Fallout 76 OCs and also my apparent hyperfixation for the month.
She's is one of the chinese insurgents who were operating out of Morgantown pre-War, who's job was to gather intel on US-contracted companies as well as disseminate agitprop to stoke labor revolts in the region.
To the former goal's end, she ended up getting involved with a VT scientist named Olivia (who is one of my bf's OCs :3). Using that proximity to compromise her devices and scrape sensitive data off them. She got caught in time, and Olivia was obv upset about the whole "dating a commie spy" thing.
Fortunately for Xiu(?), the bombs dropped before she figured out if she had the guts to kill someone she genuinely grew to like to maintain her cover. They still have a relationship, in very fraught "mutual survival as ghouls" sort of way.
I second this lol. Hancock is my husband every playthrough and Cooper is the hot cowboy ghoul I didn’t know I needed in my life.
I also platonically love Daisy in Goodneighbor. She’d be my bestie.
