Yes, it's bullshit. Wisconsin Supreme Court just refused to hear the appeal to stop it. He gets away with it by saying it's for a "spokesman" gig against whatever he outs on the petition people to sign against something. So he keeps it just between the rails. Election happens, then challenge is moot
