one day i should do a talk about fandom and being the creator of a thing that has a moderately big fandom because i genuinely think it's fascinating. every time someone in the fandom does something my little brain goes haywire (<- genuinely excited)

Considering ISAT is a game that takes place at the end of what would normally be a traditional RPG, your universe you've made honestly invites a lot of fan interpretation due to how many gaps and blanks you've left for people to fill in with just about anything they want. I think that's really cool.
Though it's also fun to give hints and see if people can see different things than you anticipated.
With that just make sure to let people know when:
"Yeah thats not supposed to be happening here"
people do ask me obvious questions fairly often and i think it's in big part because i am a very present creator. so instead of assuming, people want to make sure im okay with it, they want their hcs confirmed, they want to make sure they Get It and theyre Not Wrong
when i think being Wrong about a work is fine, even expected when it's in the context of fandom! being wrong is how you get fun things! but when the creator is here its like aw shit... the teacher's here... im gonna get a Bad Grade in Fandom (you will not get a bad grade in fandom)
in the end i do love answering questions and chatting about the fandom but im trying to do it in a way that doesnt keep people from making what they want with my touys. do whatever you want i have the tags i dont like muted. make your cute little aus where siffrin is a critter under a hat
It's honestly such an interesting thing to see a creator so involved! I can't even imagine what it must be like to have this world you created and directly hear and see the aftermath. Behind every artpiece, fanfic, cosplay etc is a real person that was genuinenly touched by ur story.. Fandoms rule 🥹
