Last night I was humbled to receive the Dr. Mae Jackson Outstanding Democratic Woman Officeholder Award, named after a Texas trailblazers and civil rights advocate. Thank you Texas Democratic Women for this honor and for your unwavering support on the campaign trail and in the halls of the Capitol!
