These new tariffs on Canadian goods are going to create chaos in our economy. He has some motivation for doing this, but I can't see it. Could he just enjoy being cruel and wrecking things? Who is trying to get back at? Is this just because he hates Trudeau? Does he have some other hidden agenda?
