Reform won’t solve the problems in Birmingham (under funding by Tory Gov + Equal pay claim). Just the opposite it would destroy the city, Brum is a multi cultural city where on the whole people rub along together. A racist Reform council set on causing division, would take the city back to the 80’s.

Completely missed the point of my post. Labour are (wrongly) perceived to be the cause of Brum's problems. But your logic is, that if a party can't run a city, they can't run a Government. A typical case of shooting yourself in the foot.

Sorry I thought you were saying Reform maybe better than Labour. I wasn’t commenting on council/country just pointing out the danger to Brum if Reform did get in. My in-laws are from Brum, my daughter settled there. It’s a great city but not trouble free they don’t need Reform causing division

I agree they could not run a council, I disagree that it would put anybody beyond that locality off them. They are populists giving people comfortable and easy to understand ‘solutions’ to complex problems. They go for the low hanging fruit and appeal to the uncomplicated.
