I've been working on something similar, though it slowly has unfortunately crept up to the ~$135 price point. Too many REALLY great cards are ~$1. Excited for INR to drop the prices on some of these as well as maybe crashing the slow lands down further...

The list has also has a ~90 card module you can swap in with some absolutely broken high-power level things if you wanted to switch things up and keep the total cost of the cube at an average of <$1 per card (<$360).

I really like the inclusion of Toby. I haven’t seen it much even in budget lists but as soon as it was spoiled I was excited to put it in a cube.

Very nice. I forced UR Spellslinger and I think it turned out pretty well. Are there many cards that were close to getting in but ended up cut for power reasons?
