he acts like a hardass at work (he's a spy/hitman) but at home he just wears among us graphic tees and shit like that. he's also kinda like "the big brother" at home but he's far from the voice of reason with peers

i feel like the most "serious" one is my other oc, Jay (short for Jeremiah). They're both kinda parallels, Josh acts serious but needs to be reined in and Jay acts like a goof but is secretly always locked in

but tbh im not mad at it. he wants his co workers to think he's serious and mean, he kinda sections off his personality between work and home life

like if someone hugs him at work, he's likely to push them off, but if the same thing happens at home, he'd just let it happen
