I’ve been saying for years they should do 8 teams, 30 regular All-Stars, 5 Rookie/Soph and 5 international, pick up teams Friday night, 4 games Saturday then semis/championship on Sunday. Straight pickup runs to 25-30 points. Mix in 3 pt/Dunk/Skills between picking teams and games.

Isn't this the exact format for the Rookie/Sophomore game? I suppose it doesn't indicate whether effort would be put into it, but that format has been entertaining IMO

They need to do that thing where basically for the 4th Quarter, there’s no time & each team needs to make a certain number of points & whoever hits that number first wins

They did it a few years ago making it feel super competitive
