Unfortunately, sometimes, the best answer is to push through and force yourself into the grind. (Though, time off can help, sometimes, too.)
Other days something has to change. It might be time to take a break or try something new. Maybe reach out to a friend or speak to a therapist.
I always know I’ll get better. I just want it to be now and not later.
