Try warm (40–45°C, not hot!) herbal tea with honey. The combo keeps your throat calm and relaxed.
Chamomile and ginger are awesome choices, but keep the temp warm — HOT tea can dry you out.

A droplet can help with a small boost, but you have to dilute it!
Usually I keep a squish bottle by my desk and just dilute it with saliva for a pit🏎️stop
But don't be like me, I'm a savage, a 25-35°C source of water does the trick!

Room-temperature water is the key here!
Cold water can actually tighten your vocal cords.
Keep sipping before you get thirsty; it’s the best way to prevent strain!
If you plan a concert or some marathon do hydrate plenty the day before too!

Some teas, like green tea or citrus blends, can be mouth drying.
Stick to herbal teas like black, ginger or chamomile.
They’ll keep your voice feeling smooth and steady.
Remember what we said about temperature!

Take quiet breaks (even 5–10 mins) when you can. Relax your breath and your voice. And remember deep breaths!
That's a good way to put the add break downtime to good use! I always forget don't be like me!

A gentle hum or lip trill warms up vocal cords without strain. This small warm-up makes a huge difference for a clear, steady voice.
Try it and let me know how it works! 💪💖
