Her father Abram Frandjy (1874) was deported to Auschwitz on 9 February 1943 (he was probably murdered on arrival given his age).
Her husband Isaac (1906) was deported to Auschwitz on 27 March 1942 and perished there three weeks later.

So much suffering. So much horror. All coming not even from true hatred, but blind indifference.

Countless wonderful people, treated like trash. Discarded, abused, tortured. And that can be said for a lot of events in the history of humanity, not only for the Holocaust. Hurts to think about it.
