Overview:
~half of all the 76 actions are being opposed and ~ a quarter have had legal action.
Some lawsuits have already resulted in preliminary injunctions.
There are a LOT of people/organisations doing a LOT.
This site is great for tracking lawsuits

All have history going back 200+ yrs of advocacy against central govt. These orgs are prepared, coordinated, have resources, and *they know how* to oppose the govt - they do it all the time. 3/24
It is precisely because they have advocated for so long - often at great human cost - that laws are now in place to protect those they represent. 4/24
These may not have the long history of e.g states rights, but they are coordinated, well-resourced and set up for advocacy.
They know exactly who they represent, allowing them to focus quickly on specific relevant actions 5/24
E.g. Different groupings of countries have coordinated to support the ICC (79 ICC signatories) and South Africa (BRICS, EU, China).

Unsurprisingly, given the orgs fighting back, there are few unopposed actions in the civil rights or labour rights spheres.
So what is there? 7/24
I think the annexation of Greenland is being opposed in the sense that at least EU countries said they would back Denmark, no?
But international support and solidarity is important.
Such as:
