Law professor here—the proper term for when the executive decides that court orders aren’t binding on them because they don’t like them is “fascism.”

NEW: In an opinion from Attorney General Ken Paxton, he says that court orders that allowed transgender Texans to change the sex on driver's licenses or birth certificates "are void," and state agencies must "immediately correct any unlawfully altered driver's licenses or birth certificates"
