This is a win for Trump and the US on what tariffs can do. China has manipulated its currency to provide cheaper services and Apple has taken advantage of it. A “$500B promise” to invest seems non-committal. Foxconn did the same and nothing happened. Dem and Reps should hold Apple to its promise.
