As tempting as the others are (except respawn, as Queen sang “Who wants to live forever). Power up would make crime too tempting. Fast travel could be fun but you would still have to travel to new places in the first place. A healthy life wins hand down

Fast travel, depending on what you could take with you, could make you rich. If you can take people, charge the rich to teleport for vacations. Just things, take secure items long distances safely and untraceable. Or become a drug lord with it, since you could transport and couldn't be caught.
