You got this, give it five minutes and if you feel like you can do another five...go for it. And keep that up until you feel comfortable with adding more time. Go at your own pace and give it your best!
I know it’s like the best thing to do to really shred the weight off and for some reason it gives me so much anxiety being up high and worrying about falling off. I don’t wanna hold myself back anymore tho!
