We agree!! Is Frankie on the bottom cause that one really does look like Josie. Josie was also found as a stray. She is the best dog. I still can’t believe someone just through her out. I imagine they just used her for breeding and then tossed her when they were done.😤
The bottom on is Addie. Also used for breeding and found as a stray. Frankie is on top - probably spent years chained in a yard before ending up at a kill shelter. :(
