Facebook app is filled with entertaining videos nowadays. You rarely see a friend's photo or written post on your feed.

I was forced off Facebook last week, which was devastating. I'm still adjusting to not checking it 100 times a day. But I visit here more now, and it's great. I spend less time here, and it's quality time learning from other authors. Maybe losing FB will prove to be a great thing. #writingcommunity

Disconnecting from social media is s healthy, but for me, it's also the primary way to raise awareness of my Indie work (the traditional publisher for my other writing handles distribution & ads, though they still require a strong social media presence). Finding the right balance is challenging.
