Ending winner take all districting is the biggest thing we can do to improve our country. A system in which people can hold 49% of the vote and 0% of the representation is fundamentally broken.

The very concept of a single Top Dog Leader is antedeluvian! It is a leftover from Patriarchal atavism, that sought to create Chieftains, then Kings, then Emperors.

We need to develop Councils, made up of scientists as well as politicians and constitutional & legal advisors!
