Innocent until proven guilty. When cops violate someone’s rights, we cannot use certain evidence in court. Cops breaking the law just makes everything worse and more complicated. That’s the deal.

I concur with your statement. Measured and fair. Just because I feel his actions weren't justified, doesn't mean I don't think cops have to follow the rules too. Bad people go free all the time on technicalities. I side with individuals over the state. You're arguing a point I'm not trying to make.
In my mind, yes, he is guilty in a moral sense. The shooting was literally caught on camera. Perhaps not legally though, based on your aforementioned points. But I'm not a judge or a jury, nor would I pretend that my opinion should hold any power. He deserves his day in court and a fair trial.
