The CLE is headed up by my friend Greg Miller, who is formerly of Housing and Urban Development. He and I will be running this org together to do hard-driven data analysis and policy work in the land and housing space.

Next, P&P substack will have a new WEEKLY posting schedule. This will be a core responsibility of Greg & I's jobs at the CLE. So the P&P substack is now *the* place for up to date information on what's going on for this sort of thing.

Finally, I will be releasing a new open source library soon. It's a python library that brings together classical ML, statistical analysis, and mass appraisal, all with the aim of leveling up property assessment into the modern age. Statistical tools, automated modeling, and report generation.
