Texans noticed the lowering of the river’s waterline during the ridiculous ‘Greg Abbott River Blockage Campaign’. He put in floating decoys and then barbed wires, all as a publicity stunt to deter immigrants from crossing. All he accomplished was making American River Tourism impossible.
