If you ever walk into a pharmacy, and they tell you it's going to take an hour or more to fill your prescription, you can blame the PBMs for the most part.
Pharmacies can't afford to hire enough staff due to low reimbursement, which means your order is put in a too long line waiting to be filled.
At some point all long term prescriptions will be filled by internet pharmacies.
Hospitals and clinics will install "urgent med" customer kiosks for anti-biotics, etc
There will be a massive wave of deaths due to contra-indicated drug combinations that will be permitted by #GOP_SCOTUS
