Shai has an 11 game lead on Jokic…what are we even doing here? Wins matter. This isn’t the award for “best stats guy.” I remember when KG was the best player in the world for 3 straight seasons and the argument was he didn’t win enough…until he did and got the MVP.

Wins used to matter in the debate. If they were locked up atop the WC like last season, it’s Joker’s. But they’re not. An 11 game lead is significant. I don’t understand how that is being dismissed here.
