Jacket is exactly the same, down to the stitching & tiny metal accents. You can't see the pockets or zipper due to poor image rendering. Backpack is definitely different, but the light grey one was huge & full of stuff. Not unreasonable to assume he had an extra in there with his change of clothes.

So:
He stopped in 2 different places for coffee,
Took off his mask in one of those places but not the other,
Killed someone between stops,
Changed into a nearly identical outfit after the murder but before the second stop.
