I did go to PT for it, and I now do the exercises at home. Sometimes I still hurt, though. (I have fibromyalgia, too). I have been using CBD cream, which helps.
I looked for the exercise that gave me relief when I had bursitis years ago, but no luck. So you get on your knees on a mat. Bend one knee. Stretch the other out behind you. Lean forward as far as it's comfortable on the bent knee. Switch sides. I felt relief almost immediately. Hope that helps.
From what I've researched, we have about 15 years of eating processed food & foods that are not good for us before our body says enough. At that point, our brain causes us pain in our body, to get our attention. I read every label prior to purchase now. I wish you health. 💪💞
If it’s carpal tunnel or develops into carpal tunnel get the surgery as soon as you can because it is a minor procedure and offers immediate relief. I know it’s an expensive surgery in the US but otherwise you will have muscle atrophy and a lifetime of pain.

A simple wrist brace helped me.
You may get a garlic taste in your mouth after rubbing it on your skin, but just eat some spaghetti and you’ll be fine! lol 😂
