i had missed the second part of this story where they did not know what they were doing. i should have known, and i'll try to be less credulous in the future

If you don't know what the National Nuclear Security Administration does, may I gently recommend not throwing it into chaos first and then asking questions second? Glad firings are being rescinded but YIKES
