My Uncle Bill Rosnayi was among the veterans honored for their service. Next week I’ll join family and friends in Ann Arbor for a celebration of his 100th birthday. Bill was 33 the last time the Lions won an NFL Championship.

I grew up a 49ers fan, but my goodness I sure love cheering on the Lions. The team plays for each other and the coaching staff come across as genuine folk.
The Lions fans are fantastic. Cheers to Detroit!
