I've been thinking about this as well and wondering if it's trivial to do the work in our social communities or if it's as important. For example, the self-published science fiction competition just kicked out a fascist author and now judges have been under attack by his cronies (cont)

I think maintaining fascist-free communities is deeply important. Every community you build without fascists is a refuge.

I've been thinking a lot about this... That knife edge between hypernormalization & panic. Especially as a hist rom author, I feel like I've got whiplash... One minute I'm talking about the end of empire, the next I'm like... buy my steamy book! Thank you for your bravery and example.
