You can enjoy cooking, but if you make something for a potluck and afterwards everything is gone but there's a bunch left of your dish, it's not gonna feel great. Doesn't matter if you get to take home some delicious leftovers. (2/4)

Once you get a moderately large following, you pretty much always get a warm response to your creative output. So you wind up with some distance from that frustration. I'm not even that big and I can still get engagement off what I might consider a low effort picture. (3/4)

You make it, you post it to share it, that's all you can do without seeming desperate, is what I think is being missed by anyone who thinks everyone who posts on social media is in it for the extreme growth of popularity. It's fine to just post stuff.
