Creating video games is hard, but working with publishers can be even harder. To help level the playing field, I've been working with with a law firm to develop a foundational "starting point" for solo developers to use when developing publishing contracts.

My newly jobless developer friends keep getting headhunted by what seems like game developer temp agencies. Seems like insecure employment to me, but I donβt know enough about them to advise. Have you heard much about them?
