I agree with the school board we should ban all material that encourages 'rebellion' against authority. The Declaration of Independence should be added to that list.

So on the free speech front, this feels like the school board is crossing a line, no? Like, the government limiting access to speech because of the content of the speech disagrees with them is well beyond even the half-assed obscenity justification, yeah?

Or do school boards just get to do that
