Mentioned on Serious Trouble today that when the administration wins these cases it seems to be on procedural issues like standing or sufficient urgency to merit a TRO. Have there been any significant SUBSTANTIVE victories for the administration?

Regardless of the outcome, every tick of the clock is helping them succeed. Losing every case and still succeeding in their mission is a strong likelihood and a specific feature of the plan.
The Nazis have all of our personal data. Social Security numbers, addresses, bank accounts, tax returns, employment records, mother's maiden name...
The idea that it is "just my opinion" that the same standard should apply to THE IRS is frankly insulting.
I didn't intend to insult, but I'm hoping you can see the difference between two objectively different things

Court: That's not a justification.
Plaintiff: Right. So we need a TRO so they'll stop touching sensitive information they have no business having.
Court: No because that's not dangerous. It's just information about the poors.
