Melatonin sucks at makin me sleep. Took a bunch yesterday and was in and out of sleep throughout the night. I like the smell, only reason I don't throw it out now.

I don't know if this is necessarily true, but I have heard less is more when it comes to melatonin supplements. I take 10mg and it helps most of the time, but I've been told by a couple people that I should only be taking like 3 to 5mg tops...
