A friend of a friend got sent a new passport with the wrong gender marker after having four passports with their correct one. I'd say it's fairly risky

i just looked it up and lambda legal has had no confirmed reports of people having problems using unexpired passports! i'm not renewing it, just using it

I would think that is highly likely, if the earlier reports of people renewing passports and having their sex marker changes reverted were real. The question I have is, what would happen on re-entrance?

gotta love a catch 22 🙃 the scanner seems like the worst hurdle but idk how customs is on the way back in lately. might depend on where you re-enter too
