But there may will be something to the theory that they're already committed to imposing martial law - they are obviously committed to moving very quickly on multiple fronts to paralyze opposition.

I don't expect demonstrators to do anything stupid, but there's a chance of provocations from far-right counter protestors (which will consist of proud boys and/or oath keepers).

The report that he is waiting for from Tulsi Gabbard and Hegseth is due the 20th & is making the case to use martial law. I don’t advocate violence, but even if 4/19 is a kumbaya event, He’s already planning to institute martial law.
