Looking for online personality tests similar to https://tests.enneagraminstitute.com/ (but not this - while mine is mostly accurate, my friend's doesn't seem so).

Doesn't have to be free (the one above was $20) but looking for personality tests like this for better communicate between co-workers or spouses.
