There's a site called Animatsiya (run by a translator we know) that legally overlays subtitles onto embeds of Soviet/Russian animation from places like YouTube. The film's available there at the moment: https://www.animatsiya.net/film.php?filmid=1485

That's really odd -- it's still there on our end (using Firefox on desktop). Animatsiya is a small project and has a few compatibility problems, so that could be it.
