The first few months there were far too many self inflicted injuries. The message still isn't strong enough but at least there's far less negativity now. The orange balloon knot across the pond is certainly helping to focus people's minds.
If you ignore the rightwing press bollocks, I am happy a government doing its business isn't making the headlines everyday. Just doing what it should. Feels odd after 14 years of wank.
Hovering.
There's been some really good stuff happening the media isn't reporting on.
Some logical stuff with bad timing.
Some seemingly obvious stuff missed out on; unless there's a lot of detail brewing under the lid.
Almost playing the responsible statesman card in a world living on soundbites
I didn't really want Starmer just the Tories out, the country couldn't afford another 5 years of those lot. I didn't expect the press to be so anti-labour, I stupidly thought they would report the good news too. However, they are so biased now stories are twisted to their narrative
Not at all. He has done *some* good, but nowhere near as much as he could have. His shift to the right continues to damage this country. He could have made big changes to improve things for us all & gone down in history as the man that saved the UK. Instead he chose to emulate the Tories.
Are us Trots meant to keep stumm then?! Can we talk about Angie? I know a lot of people have gone cold, I get that, but she's gone in there and got stuck in. We're all wrong about some stuff, so I say look at the nature of a person, what their core is. I refuse to abandon hope.
Was kind of expecting more, but ngl if there was a general election I would still vote Labour.
I do think it's absolutely mad that Labour hasn't been in power long but have been absolutely crucified and vilified in the media as if they've been in power for the past 14 years.
Hi Sophie, after several years of campaigning in every election, miles and miles of door knocking etc. I have cancelled my subscription.
They have moved to much away from socialism for me. Good to see you comrade 😊
Disappointed with the Israel stand.
I lent Labour my Green vote, Disappointed with Labours Green record.
Other than that, I'm patient.
Starmer has hard decisions regarding the orange one.
It’ll be a slow process to turn things around after 14 years of previous administration neglect.
It’s a difficult task.
Now we also have Trumps arsewipery to contend with.
I pity the US American people: their future is looking bleak.
Incredibly disappointed, but not surprised. Still, it was the only real option and things would be so much worse with Sunak buddying up with Trump/Musk & Putin.
Considerably happier than I would have been if the Tories had clung on to power. Having said that, I expected more of Starmer and co, but I have patience. We have another four and a half years to go, and I have faith.
The cost of living crisis is as bad as ever and they just seem to ignore it.
They also seemed to have adopted the Tory trait of laying into benefit claimants every few days .
The change I was promised by them for my vote has as yet not been forthcoming .

I always said I’d reserve full judgement for 2 full years.
