Millions and millions around the world won't vaccinate themselves or their children solely due to the garbage narrative Trump, Kennedy, Fox News, etc, pimped for years.
Really, where are you getting those numbers from? Because most people outside the US have anecdotal evidence of the damage these diseases do, so they have no issues with vaccines.
You cannot tell me that Trump's mocking and questioning of the COVID vaccine didn't have worldwide implications. We are the most respected nation in the world for science and medicine, and when our leader blatantly dismisses a proven vaccine it has a negative impact globally.
