To my knowledge there's currently 3 acts, normal and cruel mode, and something called Atlas. To me being half way through act 2 if half way done with the current game. So I'm not sure how far along you really are.
for me going through all the difficulties and hitting the highest level of difficulty events is what i think of as the whole game so i dont think im that far by my standards
