Most workers take lunch break at noon, so they can attend to protest.

Lawmakers, lobbyists, etc. are coming and going from the Capitol for *their* lunch breaks.
Well, I'm glad you're not one of the tens of thousands of people that has recently lost their job. There are protests happening in DC all weekend at various places, with the 14th just being the start. Otherwise, there are other ways you can contribute to causes like this if you look around for them.

The march is deliberately scheduled for March 14, as Section 3 of the 14th Amendment addresses insurrectionists.
