It is bewildering, the sheer amount of training wasted on this blustering bitch of a man crying about his 25 years of customer service experience and how he's used to getting everything perfect and how he's seen it all, invented outsourcing, and maybe even knows why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
Motherfucker, get therapy. Read a book. Get an enema. Don't monopolize a fucking half hour of question time with your quandries of self-doubt, neuroses, and blubbering, when I'm expected to know, by Monday, how to make retirement not suck for the few eligible to have one.
