Tucking into one of my favourite pasta dishes. Linguine with anchovy, olives, garlic, chilli, capers and lemon. Once described by a certain former person in my life as “truly disgusting”.

Linguine to al dente.
Warm - not too hot olive oil (lots). Throw in red and green chilli (hot). Big glove of garlic, and zest of a lemon.
Simmer, but don’t fry. It’s more like a dressing than a sauce.
Throw in the anchovies and crush them >>>
