I am truly sorry for making you feel judged. That was not my intention.
As you also know, I have over 30 years of wildfire experience in various states. I was genuinely asking a question as I was concerned. Maybe the perspective in the video doesn't represent the distance properly, I don't know.
Maybe you have different plantings as is sometimes suggested.
All of my training over many years rings alarm bells when I see images like this. It comes also from risk assessments in time critical situations of whether to defend or not a property.
