What's going on with the federal workforce has nothing to do with efficiency and everything to do with his removing or making fearful his witnesses before he does something sinister.

I never saw a page of Project 2025 but that's not difficult to discern when he started by dismissing all the inspectors general and had to move on to top military brass.
