If they are closing themselves off like that, they do not want to hear it or admit mistakes. It would probably be a waste of time to discuss it with them any further.

On a more positive note, I love that concept of a 'dark fantasy sailor moon'. Gonna keep rooting for you👀

See it this way, maybe (100% actually) they simply didn't deserve your art. You put too much effort for one person to decide it's not true art, so your art is simply needed somewhere else, where it will be appreciated
