Evidently this Judge Xinis is still laboring under the delusion that "no one is above the law." Merrick Garland, former AG, was awful fond of saying that - and then making a goddamn liar of himself AND the statement.

I'm leaning towards impeachment of Supreme Court justices when we take back Congress, for violating the Constitution. I know, I know, we'd need 2/3 of the Senate to convict, but you never know how bad this is going to get w SCOTUS willfully ignoring the Constitution. We may have the votes by then.

I am SO in agreement with you there. And afterward, mandatory term AND age limits - even if the Justice in question is one we LIKE.
